We play a slower form of 5-a-side, aimed at getting the over-50s exercising with a group of like-minded people, all with a smile on their face.
Sessions start at 10:00 on Monday, Thursday & Friday, with an 8pm session on Wednesday.
Anyone is welcome to join us for a free "taster" session, after which you can join sessions for £4.
