Join us on the first Friday of every month from 10am–12pm at the Everyman Cinema for our welcoming Menopause Chat Group. This free, friendly gathering offers a safe, supportive space to share experiences, ask questions, and connect with others navigating menopause at any stage. Whether you’re experiencing symptoms yourself or simply want to better understand and support others, everyone is welcome. Each month, we explore different topics—sometimes with guest speakers from the local community or guided discussions to spark conversation. Our group is open, inclusive, and non-judgemental, encouraging honesty, laughter, and mutual understanding. Attendance is free, with an optional donation available via the Eventbrite booking page. Come along, enjoy a cuppa, and be part of a warm community that understands and supports you through this important life stage.
