This moment shaped Salisbury’s identity, its rights and its historic Charter Market. From May to November 2027, the city will come alive with events, performances, exhibitions, talks, trails and community projects celebrating our history, creativity and future.
This anniversary is a chance to explore our past, showcase today’s talent and imagine what comes next. Planning is already underway, but the heart of the programme will be the people who live, work and create here. We’re building a celebration that feels authentically Salisbury, rooted in community involvement, and we’d love you to be part of it through ideas, volunteering, partnerships or sponsorship.
Sign up to be part of the celebrations by completing the Salisbury 800 Participation Form.
