2027 is a celebration of our whole city – and it will only be as powerful as the people and organisations who shape it.
Please note that Salisbury 800 is self-led, and we are seeking contributors who can independently plan and deliver their own ideas, whether these take the form of events, projects, installations, partnerships or other activity. More than 100 collaborators have already joined us and the Project Board is working to connect groups, share ideas and support partnerships so we can create something truly special together.
How you can take part
- Host an event or activity: One-off or a series, public or community-led – performances, workshops, talks, walks, exhibitions, screenings, trails and more.
- Develop a creative or heritage project: From installations to window displays, storytelling projects, local history explorations or digital experiences.
- Partner with others: If you have an idea, a venue, equipment, skills or resources, we can help connect you with collaborators.
- Offer sponsorship or in-kind support: Businesses can support specific elements of the programme, contribute expertise or work together on partnership bids.
- Volunteer or join the Changemakers network: We’re building a group of volunteers who will help throughout 2027 and form part of the programme’s longer-term legacy.
