Tucked away in the self-titled âsmallest shop in Salisburyâ, youâll find the friendly, family-run business Accessory Depot. Whilst the store itself might be quite compact, itâs often hard to miss due to the stream of customers frequently queuing out of the door. Owned by Tony Luckett and Craig Clark, with support from Adrian Sharples, this indie business has supported thousands of local people with technical support, services and accessories since its inception as a market stall here in Salisbury.
Whilst you might assume that itâs a phone case shop if youâve never been in, Accessory Depot in fact stock a wide range of products including screen protectors (with free fitting), cases, chargers and other accessories.
Need a new phone? Not only can you trade in your old handset at Accessory Depot, but the friendly team will also help recommend a new phone suitable for your needs and budget too. If they havenât got one available, theyâll order one in, providing a truly end-to-end experience.
If youâre having issues with a device and canât work out how to fix it, the team, with their combined 40+ years of experience, will surely be able to help. From common issues to more complex problems, Adrian, Craig and Tony are experts you can trust to resolve your issues. So much so, their businessâ slogan is âwe actually know what weâre talking aboutâ.
For those who arenât very confident using their devices, or people whoâd like help with cybersecurity or password management, Accessory Depot also offer regular training sessions. Theyâve a booking in system for training, meaning you can arrange a session that works for you, and spend time learning how to get the most out of your technology or how to protect your data from potential threats.
What started as a market stall in Salisbury over 30 years ago, today, has evolved to a hub for local people to purchase new mobile accessories, invest in training and receive expert advice on technical problems.
