Baileys originally opened in 1982, with Nigel and Robyn purchasing the business in December 2007. As the business grew under their ownership, they moved in 2012 into the premises theyâre in today, just next door to their previous shop.
Baileys Domestic Appliances, whilst an independent family-run business, are part of the Euronics buying group. This allows them to offer competitive pricing whilst providing personal, friendly efficient service. As well as this, they are Miele dealers, too.
All of their engineers are fully certified, and the team provide installations, maintenance and repairs. As well as this, they also have their own in-house workshop where the team carry out repairs on vacuums and other small domestic appliances. Over the years theyâve also tripled the size of their engineering team.
Baileys also receive referrals from other competitors for specialist integrated appliances, thanks to the teamâs knowledge and breadth in the industry.
One of the most recent additions to the Baileys Domestic Appliances offering is their Secret Saver Membership. To help make the cost of repairs and appliance replacements more manageable, this monthly membership provides a whole range of benefits for a fixed monthly cost. These include in-home assessments for appliance repairs, single fault repairs at a fixed price of ÂŁ50, annual appliance health-checks as well as priority repair, delivery and installation booking. Whatâs more, this unique membership is for all large appliances - whether theyâre new or old, and bought from Baileys or not.
To compliment their existing products and services, Baileys have also recently introduced a range of kitchenware. These include kitchen knives and Swiss Army Knives from Victorinox, heirloom quality copper and stainless steel cookware from Ruffoni as well as products from Lodge, America's prized heirloom cast iron brand. All of the products are made with uncompromising high levels of quality and attention to detail and are built to last a lifetime or more.
