Founded in October 2018, Samantha started Samantha Luckman Hearing Care based in Medcentres Plus. In 2021, she took on her first staff members and in then 2024 moved to her own city centre premises on Queen Street. Samantha and her team only provide hearing care, making them the only independent standalone hearing care centre in the city.
Whatever your hearing needs, the team offer the very best in hearing care. Their services include ear wax removal, in-depth hearing tests, the latest hearing aid technology, and noise protection, too. If youâre unsure if you need support with any of the above, Samantha Luckman Hearing Care offer free 10 minute ear health checks to all.
Having been born and grown up here, Samantha always knew that eventually she would run her business in her home city. With over twenty years as a qualified audiologist under her belt, Samantha was keen to create a practice where she could fully compliment the best equipment, products and experience, with the time needed to fully realise their potential.
Their Queen Street Practice is spacious, with four consulting rooms and a lounge with a 65-inch TV showing David Attenboroughâs documentaries. They also have a coffee machine, mood lighting and relaxing furniture to help create a truly welcoming experience. The team go above and beyond to ensure that their clients are treated with patience, kindness and dignity. They want their clients to have the best hearing health possible not just to hear life, but to immerse in it.
Whilst they stock a vast range of options and technologies, the team ensure they always provide impartial, expert advice, as well as giving their clients the time they need to make their own decisions about their hearing health.
