Kings, lords and peasants alike, get ready for our FREE medieval living history weekend!

Come on down to the Rifles Berkshire & Wiltshire Museum on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th May from 10am-5pm as we jump back in time to medieval England. We will be joined in our garden all weekend by a host of medieval living history re-enactment groups who will be showing you how people lived, what they ate, what they wore and even how they did battle during the Middle Ages.

Our re-enactment groups will be displaying replica armour, weaponry, crafts and clothing, with various displays taking place throughout the day.

No booking is necessary, so come on down and join us on the day!

There is no fee for the event but donations are always welcome.

Access to the museum's galleries is not included in the free event but tickets can be purchased at the till from one of our front desk volunteers.
