Lunchtime Concert: Wareham Whalers – Shanties and Strange Stories

Step into the world of the high seas this summer with the Wareham Whalers as they bring their show Shanties and Strange Stories to the garden. Enjoy a lively mix of traditional sea shanties and fascinating sailor tales, from ghostly shipwrecks and legendary pirates to the quirky customs, superstitions, and humour of life at sea. Visitors are invited to join in singing along with some of the familiar tunes, making for a joyful and interactive performance.

The concert is included with normal admission, and you are very welcome to bring picnics and drinks to enjoy in the garden while listening to the music. We simply ask that you take any rubbish home with you to help keep the gardens beautiful for everyone.
