We have a fun evening planned to celebrate the mid-summer solstice season.
Dress to express the season, think ‘flower power’ or just bright and colourful.
We will meet at 6pm for a little foraging walk to collect wild greens for our shared juice elixir.
7pm we will begin our ecstatic dance, DJ Fribbo will play a live mix to dance and elevate your spirit.
We will then facilitate a restoratively relaxing sound bath.
Feel free to stay for a cuppa and chat afterwards.
