Salisbury Crematorium

Salisbury Crematorium has served the local area since the 1960s. Now though, it is said to be one of the most comfortable and environmentally friendly crematoriums in Europe thanks to a recent £2.6 million refurbishment.

There is a Scandinavian designed multi faith chapel that offers a state-of-the-art digital music centre. There is also a resident organist and other live music is welcome.

The buildings are surrounded by a mature woodland and gardens that provide an area of natural beauty for peaceful contemplation, as well as a relaxing pond area adjacent to the chapel.

The Garden of Remembrance is open every day of the year from sunrise to sunset, and the Book of Remembrance is open from 10am to 4.30pm daily. There is a selection of memorials available to provide a lasting tribute for family and friends to visit and remember loved ones.
