Professor Charles Spence from Oxford University is a world-famous experimental psychologist bringing his cutting-edge food research to Salisbury on 29 September at 7:30pm. ‘Sound Bites & Sonic Seasoning’ is an immersive and multi-sensory evening exploring how what we hear can affect what we taste.
