The Farrant Singers and Salisbury Baroque, directed by Philip Lawson, perform Handel’s magnificent Messiah on period instruments, with Charlotte La Thrope, Sarah Denbee, Hugo Hymas and William Drakett as soloists.
Salisbury Musick is a three day festival, celebrating early music from 2nd to 4th October, 2026. As in the eighteenth century, when three day festivals of music were held annually in Salisbury to great acclaim, Salisbury Musick brings together local musicians and visiting experts to provide a wonderful range of concerts, talks and educational opportunities.
