Michael Gove is Editor of The Spectator. He was elected Member of Parliament for Surrey Heath in 2005 and served in the cabinets of four prime ministers before standing down from the House of Commons in 2024. In 2025, he was made a peer in Rishi Sunak’s honours list and joined the House of Lords, taking the title Lord Gove of Torry.
